Green Chemistry
The Environmental Health Strategy Center works for solutions to replace dangerous chemicals and harmful plastics. Our problem solving relies on the principles of green chemistry — the design of chemicals, processes and products that eliminate or reduce the use or generation of hazardous substances. The twelve principles of green chemistry emphasize prevention, safer chemicals and renewable feedstocks.
