½ a roll of paper towels
2 cups hot water
1 Tbsp baby shampoo
2 Tbsp baby oil
Cut the roll of paper towels in half lengthwise. Place one of the halves in a container you will store the wipes in (reusing a tub from commercial wipes works well). Set the other half of the paper towel roll aside for your next batch of wipes. Mix the solution of water, shampoo and oil. Pour half of this solution over the roll, flip the roll over and pour the rest of the solution over the paper towels. Remove the cardboard insert inside the roll and use the wipes by pulling them from the center.
